Northwest Concert Band Winter/Holiday Concert (NOTE CHANGE IN DATE/TIME)

Discover an enchanting holiday selection of works for concert band. Themes include Christmas, Hannukah, folk tunes and traditional works from other cultures. Evoke the magic of December with melodies of twinkling fir trees, strings of lights and winter celebrations. Be transported by the sounds of snowflakes, sleighs and reindeer, and celebrate peace, joy and love this holiday season. Pieces will include "Do You Hear What I hear?" (Regney/Shayne), "Scenes from the Louvre" (Norman Dello Joio), "A Fresh Aire Christmas" (Calvin Custer). Enjoy traditional holiday music as well as holiday music with a twist, and music from our very own Randy Steinberg.
The concert takes place Saturday, December 21 at 3pm and is free for all audience members. Join us at the Community Church of Rolling Meadows, 2720 Kirchoff Road. Bring your friends and family and join in the holiday celebration!
